Your service representative, Mr. Aaron Pirkle, came to our home yesterday to evaluate (and ultimately clean) our dryer vent.
I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to meet him, and how impressed I was with his professional demeanor. Not only did he explain the evaluation process, he also took it to the "next level" with a sort of collaborative and educational focus. As a result, I felt very good about my decision to have the vent cleaned and to replace the transition piece.
Additionally, I felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was polite and respectful in a way that seemed to be "a cut above" many of the contractors and service professionals that we have used in the past.
Congratulations to you on your screening, hiring, and training process. If Mr. Pirkle is any indication of your typical employee, you are doing a fabulous job.
